Samsung’s next One UI version – One UI 5.0 is said to be a huge update based on a custom Android system. The South Korean giant is set to launch the all-new One UI 5.0 with Android 13 later this year.
Now, on June 22, 2022, Weibo tipster ice universe shared a screenshot of Samsung’s One UI 5.0 and says the development is in the process. According to reports, Samsung One UI maintains the rhythm of a larger version every year, and there will be no One UI 4.5.
One UI 5.0 will enhance the experience of the current OS, the goal is to “accelerate the user interface”. It is reported that Samsung is working hard to improve the UI navigation speed of One UI 5.0, and will also optimize the animation to make it smoother and faster.
Samsung One UI 5 Public Beta:
According to the SamMobile report, the public beta rollout of the One UI 5 will take place around the end of July 2022 along with the Android 13. The company may release the stable version in late 2022 or early 2023.
Samsung One UI 5 may be available on these devices. Yeah! the new devices which Samsung has launched recently will take place in the first position after that rest of the eligible devices will be upgraded to the One UI 5 version. The first Galaxy phones to ship with Android 13 could be the Galaxy S22 and/or the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4, among others.
Samsung One UI 5.0 Features:
As we know that Google’s Android 13 made its debut with plenty of new features including some UI elements such as the settings and power shortcuts within the Quick Settings menu. The company will also expand upon the Material You personalization options.
The big change we required in the next One UI 5.0 is the speed of animation. For now, the animation is quite slow and during the use of system, it lags sometimes. The team is working on significantly improving the UI navigation speeds.
Of course, the UI will be the next topic of this mainstream. Expect Samsung to unveil all of the improvements that it’s going to make in One UI 5.0 at its Samsung Developers’ Conference event later this year. SDC 2021 took place in October last year and the One UI 4.0 beta was launched not long after that.
