Just a day after the fourth generation foldable phones Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 launch event. Now, the South Korean tech firm, Samsung has started upgrading its primary/first Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Fold device.
The first-generation Galaxy Z Flip and Fold getting the August 2022 security patch update with the latest firmware version F700FTBS9GVH1 and F900FXXU6HVG5 respectively. As per the changelog, this new update is currently available in these countries.

If you are a Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Z Flip user then you can download and install the new software update by tapping on System Settings-> Software update -> Download and install.
To recall, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip was launched in back 2020. The smartphone comes in a dimension unfolded: 167.3 x 73.6 x 7.2 mm and when it is folded it sizes 87.4 x 73.6 x 17.3 mm that weighs 183 grams.
Samsung provided a Dynamic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen which is sized 6.7 inches when unfolded. The cover display size is 1.1 inches with a Super AMOLED screen and provides 112 x 300 pixels resolution while the screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 6.
It comes with 8 GB RAM and 256 internal storage and has 12 MP (wide) + 12 MP (ultrawide) cameras on the rear side while on the front there is a single camera, 10 MP (wide).
For daily use, Galaxy Z Flip comes with wireless charging and a Non-removable Li-Po 3300 mAh battery + Fast battery charging 15W + Wireless charging.
