Samsung’s next flagship device the Galaxy S23 Ultra is claimed to arrive with a 200MP rear camera. Samsung Mobile Experience division has confirmed a new 200mp main sensor with its major camera partners in preparation for the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Now, the popular tipster, Ice Universe once again shared a piece of information about the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra. According to the post, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will increase 0.1~0.2mm, 5000mAh, 8.9mm thickness but still a 6.8-inch 3088×1440 screen.
Judging from the previous leak, all the Galaxy S23 variants will be equipped with Qualcomm chipsets next year, perhaps an additional condition is to offer the 3D Sonic Max sensor at a lower price. As does the agreement between Samsung and Qualcomm.
As far as the processor, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be powered by Snapdragon 8Gen2 and run One UI 5.1 out of the box.
Following the trend, the company will launch its device with a new One UI version. Unfortunately, the current details are only based on rumors.
The size of the Galaxy S23 Ultra is almost unchanged from that of the S22 Ultra, with only an increase of 0.1~0.2mm, 5000mAh, 8.9mm thickness, and still a 6.8-inch 3088×1440 screen.

Meanwhile, the firmware codename of Galaxy S23 has been revealed as “DM3”, whereas its model number is SM-S918. As depicted by the attached screenshot, model numbers such as SM-S918BDS, SM-S918U, SM-S918U1, and SM-S918W are all associated with the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
