Google’s Android 13 stable version is yet to arrive and the news of Android 14 started appearing online. Now visiting Google’s FAQ page via 9to5google, Android 13 will get its first stable version in the upcoming month.
Android 13 stable version is expected to be released next month. If you want to test your device with Android 13 then keep the beta update on so you will directly get the update starting September 2022.
Google said, “devices must be on a non-Developer Preview public stable build to enroll in the beta program.” If you’re running a Developer Preview, Google tells you to switch to the current stable release and then enroll in the Android Beta Program.
Android 14 Timeline:
Previously Google mentioned that the Android 13 betas would run until June 2023 but now seems the company has changed the rollout time, now it will continue through March 2023. Android 13 QPR beta updates continue through March 2023 followed by Android 14 beta releases.
Google will first roll out the Android 14 beta for its Pixel devices and the first developer preview will kick off in February. Note that the build numbers start with TPB, T1B, T2B, UPB you’re running a beta version.
