Samsung has already updated its several Galaxy devices to the latest August 2022 security patch including the Z, S, and M series. Now, the South Korean tech firm has started sending out the latest patch update for the Galaxy A12.

The latest firmware update for Galaxy A12 brings the August 2022 security patch and it is currently available in Russia with the build number A127FXXS6BVH4. For other regions and countries, the update will be available in the next few days.
The August 2022 security update for Samsung Galaxy devices fixes 31 vulnerabilities around with Google providing a number of fixes too.

If you are a Galaxy A12 owner and looking to install the latest firmware, you can download and install the new software update by navigating to Settings -> Software update ->Download and install.
The Galaxy A12 sports a 6.50-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720×1600 pixels. Under the hood the device is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) processor paired with 4GB of RAM.
On the rear side the phone comes with a 48-megapixel (f/2.0) primary camera; a 5-megapixel (f/2.2) camera; a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. For selfies, Samsung has added an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
