Samsung’s Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 lineup has recently received the big camera update in Korea. The top variant of the Galaxy S22 series consists of four rear cameras and offers an incredible experience of shooting photos and videos.
Back in June this year the Korean tech firm Samsung rolled out a major camera improvement update to the Galaxy S22 and now the company has started sending a second major camera update to its 2022 flagship series.
In a post on its Indian community forum, Samsung detailed the camera improvements in the second August 2022 update for the Galaxy S22.
What are the new features and changes of the Galaxy S22 Camera update?
Samsung says you can now use the telephoto camera in Hyperlapse mode and for your information, it was earlier limited to the primary and ultrawide cameras.
QR code performance improvement is the main agenda of this update. You can now see the change in the speed of scanning as well as in the experience through the camera app.
The new Galaxy S22 camera update also improved memory usage and AI engine when using the Photo, Night, and Video modes. Apart from the memory, the brightness also improved while using Night mode.
Some of the features will be available in the One UI 5 and those who enrolled for the beta testing can experience the same.
Meanwhile, the improved QR code scanning experience and telephoto camera support in Hyperlapse mode are also rolling out for the Galaxy S21 series.
