Samsung with its new One UI 5 version started sending new interfaces on an open beta program for its select devices.
The latest One UI 5 versions come based on Android 13 and bring 16 colors preset based on wallpaper and 12 more color options for the home screens, icons, and quick panels. Also, several widgets of the same size can now be stacked, which can save space.
The latest One UI 5 also brings optimizations for the camera app – such as new icons for the Pro and Pro Video modes. The zoom bar should also react faster now. Now, according to the Samsung community info, the One UI Beta Team has now stated that in the latest One UI 5 version the company will not include multi-user support.
The One UI 5 Team Official Statement
“Removed the multi-user feature in the next beta and official One UI version. The multi-user feature was introduced in the One UI 5 beta version, but Samsung removed the multi-user feature in the next beta version and the official One UI 5 version due to several issues. If you have been using multi-user functionality in previous beta versions and have important data stored in the sub-user space, please back up the data prior to S/W update. Thank you. One UI Beta Team.”
