The Korean units of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 are now grabbing the October 2022 software update. Unfortunately, it doesn’t include the latest patch but yes it comes with the August 2022 security patch.
The all-new firmware update for Galaxy Watch 4 arrives with the build number R870XXU1GVI3/R870OXM1GVI3 and the update package size is 185MB.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic: Key features
The Galaxy Watch 4 comes with an accelerometer, barometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, light sensor, heart rate sensor, and more. The watch also claims to measure blood pressure and ECG.
You need to place two fingers on the watch buttons and stay still while the watch passes a very mild current through your body to gauge those parameters. The watch is 5ATM water resistant and can be worn for a swim. You can answer calls, reply to messages, navigate using Google Maps and a lot more.
