Samsung Named the No 1 Top Employer in the World

The same has been revealed in the partnership with market research company Statista.

The Great resignation flowed the wave of people voluntarily resigning from their jobs. But, at the same time, it shows no signs of slowing down. Considering the global scenario, that started in early 2021 in regard to the Covid19 pandemic. Now recently, against this backdrop, Forbes has released a compiled list as their sixth annual World’s Best Employers.

Moreover, the global scenario altogether transformed the workplace. It drives the new trend that brings more benefits including higher salaries, better benefits and advanced opportunities along with work-life balance. Whereas, as per employees, purpose-driven work is a top-notch priority. Also, their bosses are paying close attention.

The same has been revealed by Forbes in the partnership with market research company Statista. And in order to compile this ranking, Statista has surveyed 150,000 full-time as well as part-time employees from different 57 countries. This includes workers from multinational companies and institutions. To ascertain which one pioneers in corporate impact and image, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.

Through this revelation, it is concluded that Samsung is the world’s top employer. It ranked first place among 800 employers. This Forbes list consists of 5 sections, including rank, name of the employer, industries, country and a total number of employees. This list reveals that Samsung has at present 266,673 employees respectively.

Here in this participants were asked to rate their willingness, in order to recommend their employers or workplace to friends and family. This is to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that nestle out either positively or negatively. In this survey, this year’s list comprises 800 companies that received the highest scores.
