It may be a strategic way for the company to make its phones stand out from its existing ones. One UI 5.0 brings a new range of Wallpapers
As we have seen the futuristic One UI 5.0 beta running on the flagship Galaxy S22 series and other compatible phones under its beta program. It brings more options for preloaded wallpapers to choose from. It also segregates the wallpapers into categories. While it still provides the option to choose earlier sand and flower-like wallpapers. Adding to this, there are also two additional categories, which are Graphical and Colors respectively.
All these are part of the new lockscreen customisation that Samsung has recently introduced with One UI 5.0. Whereas, with the increase in numbers for both home screen and lockscreen wallpapers. It galvanises the user’s interest as it breaks the monotony of the exciting preloaded wallpapers.

Additionally, these new wallpapers are appealing especially to young users. Simultaneously, it comes with the choice to overcome its default one and have a choice for both classy and playful backgrounds.
Particularly, the choice of selecting a random colour of wallpaper. It can be done very right from the Samsung official website itself. Now, this is something out of the box way compare to the traditional approach of downloading images from certain mediums.
However, the preloaded Graphical wallpapers are very few in number. But it looks great while Samsung added more updates, and every time the company launches new smartphones. Hopefully, this has not been limited to just the flagship devices and make them a standard One UI feature.
