The world’s first 200MP camera sensor phone has been launched recently and it is Motorola X30 Pro. The smartphone comes with the ISOCELL HP1 as its primary camera.
Now, according to the latest information from the trusted tipster, Ice Universe, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will come equipped with 200MP and 12.5MP, not 50MP mode. Yes, the tipster also mentioned that the South Korean tech firm will follow the same rule as Moto and Xiaomi.

To recall, the Motorola X30 Pro comes with a 200MP ISOCELL HP1 primary camera (1/1.22-inch) with OIS, an F1.95 aperture. The smartphone is capable to capture 12.5MP images in the 16-in-1 pixel binning mode, with a resulting pixel size of 2.56µm.
