A few days ago we reported that the South Korean tech firm was testing the One UI 5 beta firmware for the old foldable devices the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Z Flip 5G. Now, the company has officially announced the availability of the first One UI 5 beta for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in Korea.
In the beta version, you can be the first to use new features and experience various user experiences based on Android 13 ahead of the official debut.
In order to enter the One UI 5 beta program ahead of the stable release, you can enroll in the beta program by tapping on the beta announcement banner in the Samsung Members app and filling out the registration form. Once Samsung approves your application, you should receive the first beta build via an OTA update.

The latest One UI 5 brings stackable widget support, new gestures for split screen view, and improvements for the My Files app, a Modes feature that lets you create customized device settings profiles, Video Wallpaper support for the lock screen, and a new Smart Suggestions widget.
