Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to come with four cameras on the back of the S23 Ultra, except for one major change. There will allegedly be a 200MP main camera, which will be capable of 200MP or 12.5MP photos, but not the 50MP.

The upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra has a thinner frame (check the S23U bezel article here) than the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Reputedly the Galaxy S23 series will arrive running the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
Apart from the top variant, the standard Galaxy S23 will feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and 8GB of RAM. Storage will be offered in both 128GB and 256GB variants.
