Recently, the S23 Ultra appeared on the Geekbench database with the model number SM-918U. The listing shows an unknown chipset codename “Kalama” and said to be Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. In terms of core speculation, it has a 1 x Cortex-X3, 4 x Cortex-A715, and 3 x Cortex-A510. To recall, the Galaxy S23 with the same configuration passed by the website with SM-S911U codename.
Now, the trusted tipster Ice Universe once again cleared a doubt regarding the design of the Ultra variant of the S23 lineup. In his tweet, a new protective case shows a difference between the Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy S23 Ultra side view. It appears at least one thing that has been noticed by fans that have caused quite a discussion.
According to the case image below you can clearly see the design change on the side view. But there might still be a design change depending on how the final version of the Galaxy S23 Ultra actually looks. Some of already been sold to the idea that the upcoming flagship will look very much like the S22 Ultra but with a boxier and flatter design, which could give it a more modern and refreshing aesthetic.
