In order to change the color palette on your Galaxy device first you have to install the latest One UI 5 based on Android 13 on your device (once available).
- Click and hold the blank space on the home screen and tap on Wallpaper and style.
- Click on the Color palette.
- Here you can able to check the wallpaper colors and basic colors.
- Now prefer the color as per your choice and apply.
- You can even apply it to app icons.
- Tap on Apply button at the bottom.

In order to complete the operation just long-press on the blank area of the home screen > Wallpapers & style > Color palette > Toggle off the Color palette.
