According to the official, Samsung Smartphone Production Plan, foldable phones will grow very rapidly, and it seems to predict a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 80% until 2025.
Samsung also preparing for a huge sell figure for the upcoming foldable phone before Apple enter the foldable market in 2024.
Samsung S23 Series Production Plan [2023]
The South Korean tech giant is reportedly shipping around 260 million units this year. In 2023, Samsung has planned to sell 270 million units, an increase of 10 million units.
Regarding, the 2023 Galaxy S23 lineup and other devices concern, Samsung is reportedly planning a total production of 290 million units. Samsung will launch products such as S23, Z Fold 5, and Z Flip 5, and the unit is 10,000 units.
In the case of the Galaxy S23 series, 32.63 million units are planned, and the Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 seem to have a combined plan of 10 million units.
