Samsung CamCyclopedia is now getting the fifth update. It brings three new topics multiple exposure, portrait and camera performance.
Multiple exposure
Multi exposures is a photography technique in which images are exposed multiple times on film or image sensors, resulting in superimposed images. Multiple exposure shooting is available in the Expert Raw app. The Expert Raw app can be downloaded from the Galaxy Store. After launching the Expert Raw app, select the settings button in the upper left corner to enable special shooting techniques . After that, activating the multiple exposure icon at the top of the screen will enter multiple exposure mode. Read More here.
Portrait
Portrait mode is a function that focuses on the subject of the photo and blurs the background. You can use various lighting effects to get photos that look like they were taken in a studio.
Portrait mode of the Galaxy Camera
Galaxy Camera’s portrait mode supports various background effects and lighting effects such as blur, studio, high-key mono, low-key mono, color background, and color point.
- Blur: Separates the subject from the background and applies a blur effect to the background.
- Studio : Apply a lighting effect to the person and apply a blur effect to the background.
- High-Key Mono: A black-and-white photo with a white background. You can get a bright overall photo and emphasize people through lighting effects.
- Low-Key Mono: A black-and-white photo with a black background, where you can emphasize a person through lighting effects.
- Color Background (Backdrop): This mode changes the background color and applies lighting effects to the character. The background color is automatically set to match the color of the person’s clothes by detecting the color of the person’s clothes.
- Color Point: This mode maintains the color of the person and converts the background to black and white. You can get a picture that emphasizes the person through the lighting effect.
