Update 2 December 10, 2022: Verizon bounded Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphones getting Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update in the US. The update is rolling with version F936USQU1BVKB for Z Fold 4 while the Z Flip 4 getting F721USQU1BVKB.
Update 1 November 23, 2022: In November 2022, the South Korean tech giant has released a number of One UI 5 stable updates for its select Galaxy devices. Now, the US units of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 are grabbing the stable Android 13 update (One UI 5.0).
According to the latest update changelog, the stable/official Android 13 update for the carrier-locked version of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 comes with firmware version F721USQU1BVK3 in the US while the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is getting the stable One UI 5 update in the US with firmware version F936USQU1BVK3.
It also includes November 2022 security patch. Both phones are currently getting the new update on T-Mobile’s network.
If you are a Galaxy Z Flip 4 or Galaxy Z Fold 4 user in the US with a carrier-locked version, you can now download the Android 13 update by heading to Settings -> Software update -> tapping Download and install. These two foldable devices will get three major software updates.
