Ahead of the Galaxy S23 Unpacked Event 2023, the South Korean tech giant Samsung has reportedly started testing its new One UI version the custom user interface on Galaxy smartphones. The company is under testing version One UI 5.1 which will be based on Android 13.
As of now, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 are the smartphones that are currently testing the new One UI 5.1 version. As per the screenshot, the Galaxy S22 Series One UI 5.1 version is spotted with the build number CVL7 and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 One UI 5.1 firmware testing is being reported (via Twitter account @latestsamupdate) with the build number F936NKSU1CVLH. The testing is currently spotted in Korea.
Samsung is gearing up the launch of the Galaxy S23 series which is expected to launch with One UI 5.1 out of the box. So we can assume these versions are surely the OneUI 5.1.
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series is expected to announce on February 1, 2023. The smartphones Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ are likely to get a new design with standalone camera modules similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. While Galaxy S23 Ultra is also expected to feature a new flat design compared to Galaxy S22 Ultra.
