Samsung is all set to bring the new Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra on February 01, 2023. Ahead of the official launch, one more leak (this leak is shared by a reliable tipster Ahmed Qwaider) suggests that Samsung is looking to employ DDR5X RAM in the Galaxy S23 lineup which is considerably faster than the current DDR5 type found on the Galaxy S22.
The DDR5X RAM consumes less power, which could improve the battery life of the devices. Besides the Galaxy S23, Apple may also rely on the DDR5X memory for next year’s iPhone 15 Pro and possibly on the rumored Ultra model too.
Apart from the RAM details, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is said to arrive with 8GB RAM+256GB storage, 12GB RAM+256GB storage, and 512GB RAM+1TB storage. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ smartphones are arriving with 8GB RAM +256GB Storage and 8GB RAM+512GB storage.
Note: The 128GB variant for the Galaxy S23/S23+ will only be available in a few markets.
Samsung will also offer a special deal on the Galaxy S23 pre-orders which you can over here.
