Samsung Galaxy S23 Unpacked event is finally arriving on February 1. The leaks and teasers have already revealed the core specifications and design ahead of the official debut.
So far, it is known that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will get a new 200MP camera sensor and it will arrive with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset for better system performance. The good thing is Samsung solved the focus-related issue which was an issue that appeared with the 108MP camera sensor.
In a recent, official-looking image also revealed both the design and color options that will be available for the base model of the Galaxy S23 handset. The 2023 Samsung Galaxy S23 Series will not get raised camera island which was present in its predecessor, the Galaxy S22. This year we will see individual camera lenses at the rear side of the S23 lineup.
In terms of color options, the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will be available in four primary colors Botanic Green, Cotton Flower, Misty Lilac, and Phantom Black. In addition, the smartphones will be available in a few more colors including Gray, Light Blue, Light Green, and Red. Below you can check the Galaxy S23 Ultra Botanic Green variant as compared to the Galaxy S22 Ultra (via Alvin).
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to look identical to the S22 Ultra. That means it separates itself from the base model’s rounded-corner design and is instead an aggressively rectangular slab of glass, with flat edges on the top and bottom.
