The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is all set to arrive on February 2. The Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones are arriving with a customized high-frequency version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, and the CPU frequency will be as high as 3.36GHz.
Now, ahead of the Galaxy S23 launch, Twitter tipster Yogesh Brar claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will also use a similar Snapdragon for Galaxy custom chip until Samsung’s self-developed Exynos chip can compete with the Snapdragon again.
Head that this ‘Snapdragon for Galaxy’ for Galaxy S23 series is not a one off thing. Samsung will likely stretch this till the time their new Exynos chips are ready.
Post that Qualcomm might do this with a different OEM. Their market first program for new SoCs will run parallel
