The release of Samsung’s latest Galaxy S23 Series flagship smartphone means we’ve got another excellent JerryRigEverything teardown video to enjoy, which offers a great look at the insides of the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra teardown test starts by prying off the backplate and it can be removed by applying heat. Taking out a total of sixteen screws reveals the wireless charging coils, battery cables and the S Pen slot. Unclipping a few more cables frees up the mainboard like bottom speaker and more.
Digging deeper shows that Samsung has finally added the removable battery inside the Galaxy S23 Ultra. YouTuber Zach from JerryRigEverything says after eight year Samsung has finally removed the glue. The 5,000 mAh battery now finally gets a pull tab to easily remove the battery.
Zach claimed that Samsung’s implementation of this change was worth the wait. He even stated that he had been waiting for eight long years for Samsung to make this small but significant improvement.
As per the video below, it seems Samsung will continue this process in the next upcoming highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 devices too which will launch later this year.
