Samsung is looking to add two more products Galaxy Ring and Galaxy Glasses to its portfolio in the future. The company has recently applied for two notable trademarks in South Korea.
Eearlier it was reported that Samsung is working on a new mixed reality headset. Now, the trademark confirmed that the company is surely making glasses, with their own battery. The South Korean tech giant may bring the successor to the Gear VR in 2023. As per the document submitted for the patent, the process was took place on February 22nd. It is listed under category ‘ headset for virtual reality experience ‘ and for ‘ smart glasses’.
Galaxy Ring
Samsung filed the Galaxy Ring trademark name on February 23, with a document referring to “smart devices for measuring health and/or sleep in the form of the ring ” – and “ smart rings .”
Launch Info?
Currently, the official release date is yet to be confirmed but we can assume that these new products may arrive alongside the Galaxy Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 devices.
