After releasing the One UI 5.1 update to several mid and higher-range Galaxy devices, Samsung will soon deliver the official One UI 5.1 software update for the Galaxy Tab S8 WiFi variant in Korea. Earlier, the update was released in Europe and the Netherlands. With the latest February 2023 patch, your Galaxy Tab S8 will also be upgraded with the February 2023 security patch.

If you have already received the One UI 5.1 update on your Galaxy Tab S8 tablet, you can download and install the One UI 5.1 update by heading over to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
What’s new in One UI 5.1?
Samsung One UI 5.1 lets you easily minimize or maximize an app by dragging one of its corners. In split-screen multitasking mode, the launcher shows frequently used apps first. The company has upgraded widgets like the Weather widget now gives you more relevant information, a new battery widget and more. Now you can continue browsing the same websites on a Windows PC that you accessed on the Galaxy Tab S8 and more.
