Vice President Choi held a media briefing at ‘Mobile World Congress (MWC) 23’, the world’s largest information and communication technology (ICT) exhibition held in Barcelona, Spain on the 27th of last month (local time) and said, “Optimize apps, operating systems (OS), and system software. In terms of software, he said the system software created by Samsung Electronics is equipped with a completely different artificial intelligence (AI)-based algorithm to streamline system operation and resource management. Vice President Choi introduced, “At the hardware level, the heat dissipation system that reduces heat as much as possible is much stronger than the previous one.” In addition, he said, “We are working closely with game ecosystem partners, game engine manufacturers such as Unity and Unreal, and major game developers.”
When asked if the S23’s adoption of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 generation 2 instead of Exynos, Samsung’s own processor (AP), helped improve performance, he said, “It is not the result of an AP alone, but the result of optimizing the combination of hardware and software.” Strengthening cooperation with various companies in the mobile ecosystem has been effective.”
