On the 7th of March 2023, Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC) selected Samsung Electronics as the No.1 service. The service from the Korean giant proved it the best company leading the electronics service industry one more time. Samsung stepped in 12 consecutive years of Korea’s Most Admired Company in the service.
It has been a great record maintained since 2012 that Samsung doesn’t falter a single time. There were about 12,000 people, including stock market analysts, industry workers, and consumers, participated in this year’s survey. Samsung remarked as ‘Korea’s most admired company’ is the only system in Korea that comprehensively evaluates the value of a company.

Ranking at the top first with the highest score in 11 areas, including customer satisfaction, service innovation, and corporate reliability, out of 12 evaluation items, Samsung clearly booms around.
This way Samsung Electronics Service even cleared the idea of excellent service competitiveness has been recognized by customers once again. Well, the company is in great efforts to provide the best service so that customers can conveniently use Samsung Electronics products anywhere.
Samsung subdivided ‘mobile service center’
Service centers subdivided by type, including 178 mobile phone centers, 104 business trip service centers, and 24 B2B centers, provide prompt and accurate services tailored to the characteristics of each product.
Last year, in order to improve the convenience of customers while using the service it also dispatched dedicated engineers to 47 regions notably. In remote areas where it is difficult to use the service, we are implementing a ‘visiting service’ that dispatches a bus equipped with specialized equipment to a ‘mobile service center’.
The contact center actively supports ‘remote consultation’ so that customers can conveniently solve problems non-face-to-face. With the ‘Home Appliance Remote Diagnosis System (HRM)’ developed with Samsung’s unique technology, the consultant provides the optimal solution after closely examining the condition of the home appliance.
The ‘Plus Inspection’ service, additionally inspects other products when an engineer visits for a business trip service conducted throughout the year.
That is the spirit of Samsung’s service and pleased to actively promote a pre-inspection campaign that inspects air conditioners in advance from March to May so that customers can spend a cool summer.
