Samsung has officially launched a new bespoke water purifier suitable for single-person households or small households in South Korea. The Bespoke water purifier comes with a four-step filter system and has a built-in design that installs a water purification module under the sink.
In addition, automatic sterilization of the inner tube once every 3 days removes 99.9% of attached Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has been certified for its ability to remove microcystin and heavy metals (lead, mercury, chromium), etc. caused by microplastics and algal blooms from NSF, a drinking water and water purifier testing institution officially approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
“The new Samsung Electronics Bespoke water purifier maintains the unique performance of Samsung water purifiers, such as powerful water purifying power and hygiene management system, while adding customized options that consider usage patterns and lifestyles,” said Lee Jun-hwa, vice president of Samsung Electronics’ home appliance division. “We will continue to make efforts from product planning to research and development so that consumers can identify and apply the functions they want in actual water purifiers,” he said.
It has also been certified by NSF that the material of all parts that come into contact with water throughout the water purification system, from the filter to the inner tube and faucet, are safe from over 1,000 harmful substances, including bisphenol A and environmental hormones (Nonylphenol).
NSF certified model name is RWPaxy1bcde(z), and certification standards are NSF/ ANSI 42, 53, 401, NSF/ ANSI/ CAN 372.
