Samsung is gearing up to launch the new Galaxy A24 smartphone. Recently, we confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy A24 smartphone will be available in May in South Africa. It was also spotted on Samsung’s official Indian website, as its support page went live ahead of the official release.
Now, the device is spotted on the Malaysian SIRIM certification website, which hints at its imminent launch. As per the SIRIM certification database screenshot below, the Samsung Galaxy A24 has a model number SM-A245F/DSN. The certification confirms that the Samsung Galaxy A24 will be a dual-SIM handset and might soon launch in several Asian markets.

The Galaxy A24 is expected to launch with a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. For optics, the smartphone will have a 13MP selfie camera and the rear side, the Galaxy A24 will reportedly arrive with a 50MP main camera with OIS support, a 5MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera.
Under the hood, the smartphone is said to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard memory. The device will launch with Android 13-based One UI 5.0 custom skin out of the box and it may pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
