On April 4, at the Samsung Electronics Experience Center ‘Samsung 837’ in New York, Samsung Electronics America hosted an ‘Unbox & Discover’ event where they introduced the functions and sizes of the Neo QLED 8K and 4K, which are improved from last year.
In front of the media and tech content creators, Samsung completely exhales the innovation while having a super-large 98-inch (247 cm) model has been added to the product lineup. Also, innovative technologies such as auto HDR remastering and 8K AI upscaling have become more sophisticated.
Tech-specialized media ‘Tech Radar’ praised the QN900C, the top lineup of Neo QLED 8K, saying, “There were many moments where I quietly exclaimed while watching the quality of the QN900C, but it was an experience I had never experienced when testing any TV.”
On this day, the US subsidiary introduced a time deal linked to the U&D event. Customers who purchase the QN800C and QN900C from the official website and some retail stores by April 16th will receive a 32-inch (80cm) ‘The Frame’ free of charge.

On April 5, the Hungarian subsidiary invited around 10 media officials in the fields of IT, lifestyle, and interior design to a famous local restaurant to experience the new 2023 Samsung TV lineup through networking time with brunch.
European subsidiaries in Germany, England, Netherlands, Hungary, Serbia, etc. also held on/offline U&D events, drawing attention from local media. The European subsidiaries opened a U&D event countdown page on their official website and started holding on/offline events simultaneously from April 5, increasing the promotional effect. Hungary and Serbia, in particular, received a great response from the locals because of the unique event management.
Serbia invited local media officials to the Fabrika Convention Center on April 5 to introduce the 2023 TV lineup and lifestyle TV. Telegraf, a local media outlet, said,
