On 24th April 2023, Samsung Electronics introduced the sustainable food life of the Bespoke refrigerator when took part in the ‘2023 Allure Green Campaign’ held at Namsan Seoul Tower. The Korean tech giant decided to lead the campaign with the concept of the ‘Bespoke Wonder Garden.’
The hall was decorated with the concept of a ‘Bespoke Wonder Garden’, related to food consumption from purchase to cooking.
Certain zones at Bespoke Wonder Garden
There were certain zones were prepared to showcase and display their products with the intention of low energy consumption and promoting sustainability.
- ‘Strange Photo Zone’ is prepared for the people, allowing take pictures with Penguin Grove Monster and participate in proof-of-shot events.
- ‘Love Game Zone’ with games that save the earth and save energy.
- Showcasing the high-efficiency model of the Bespoke refrigerator, and next-generation compressor ‘Fresh Exhibition Zone’. Which can reduce energy consumption by up to 22% compared to the lowest standard for 1st grade, and leave a stamp of action for the earth.
- The hall was organized in order letting enjoy the journey of sustainable eating, such as the ‘Delicious Prize Zone’ where goods are presented to the participants.
Collaboration for the Upcycled and designed
In collaboration with flower artist ‘Grove’, natural materials such as fibers from trees and hemp were used to create large penguins and food-shaped dolls placed throughout the booth. Also, the walls of the event hall were decorated with shipping boxes collected after delivery by refrigerators.
With the perception of the upcycling art of food and ingredient motifs, artist Kim Eun-ha uses old clothes. That was all organized answering, how of keeping food in the refrigerator fresher was sensibly presented, providing a wealth of attractions.
Additionally, adding more value to discarded agricultural products, in collaboration with ‘Ugly Us’ adds value to discarded agricultural products. The scratched or discarded ‘Ugly agricultural products which are ugly are displayed along with Bespoke refrigerators throughout the experience booth. Moreover, that too ensures healthy production, fresh storage, and consumption of agricultural products without leftovers.
Therefore, the whole era accomplishes the theme of the Bespoke Wonder Garden. Which beautifully showcased the intention of the Korean tech giant for low energy consumption. Also, promoting sustainability while promoting Samsung Bespoke products.
