May 16/2023: Samsung rolled out May 2023 security patch update for the Galaxy A54 5G with the build number A546EXXU2AWDB in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Singapore, Thailand, the Dominican Republic, the Caucasus region, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, and Vietnam.
May 12/2023: Samsung has now started rolling out the May 2023 security patch update to Galaxy A54 users in Europe and India. The device recently launched and comes with the latest hardware and software. The Galaxy A54 is receiving the May 2023 security update with the firmware version A546BXXU2AWDB for European users while Indian users can grab this update with the build number A546EXXU2AWDB.
So far, Samsung has released the May 2023 security patch update for several of its latest flagship devices and a few other mid-range devices including the Galaxy A53, Galaxy A13, Galaxy Tab S7/S8 series, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S22 and a few other foldable devices.
As usual, you can wait for the automatic notification that the update is ready for your Galaxy A54. Or you can immediately check manually whether you can download it via Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.
Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
The Galaxy A54 was launched with a Non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery. The device comes in a dimension of 158.2 x 76.7 x 8.2 mm (6.23 x 3.02 x 0.32 in) and 202 grams. The device consists of a triple camera: 50 MP, f/1.8 (wide) + 12 MP, f/2.2 (ultrawide) and 5 MP, f/2.4, (macro) on the rear side while on the front there is 32 MP for clicking selfies.
