For your information, the Samsung Mobile eXperience (MX) Business is rapidly working towards incorporating recycled materials in all our mobile products by 2025. Samsung’s latest Galaxy S23 Series smartphones boast a wider range of recycled materials compared to any other Galaxy smartphone, including pre-consumer recycled glass and aluminum, as well as post-consumer recycled plastics sourced from discarded fishing nets, water barrels, and PET bottles.
Notably, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has doubled the number of components made with recycled materials and extended their usage to external components, going beyond just internal ones.
The company says “Continuing our journey, we are proud to announce that we are now applying eco-conscious materials to all eight styles of smartphone cases for the Galaxy S23 series. Additionally, we have incorporated an eco-friendly Screen Protector to safeguard the smartphone’s screen while considering the environment.”
