Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra owners in Korea are now getting the new software update. With firmware version N981NKSU2HWE8, over 60 security fixes have been implemented to address potential vulnerabilities in these devices.
Also, this update includes enhancements to the Emergency SOS function, empowering users to get request assistance during critical situations. A notable addition is the ability to enable or disable the ‘Countdown’ feature, providing users with a brief window of time to cancel an emergency call if necessary.
To download the all-new update, users can simply navigate to Settings > Software Update and proceed with downloading and installing the latest patch.
While the update does not introduce any new features, it is expected to bring about stability improvements and resolve minor bugs. To recall, Samsung recently rolled out the One UI 5.1 update, which delivered a range of new features and enhancements to these devices a few months ago.
