June 28, 2023: Samsung has finally opened its Store in Gangnam and consumers can start visiting the store starting tomorrow June 29. Samsung Electronics will define this space as a playground for the MZ generation and present a differentiated experience. It plans to operate as a representative brand community space to share and communicate Samsung Electronics’ innovation story with customers.
June 20, 2023: Samsung Electronics to open its new, ‘Samsung Gangnam,’ an experiential flagship store located in the heart of Seoul’s Gangnam district. This innovative concept store is designed to engage and connect with the technologically inclined MZ generation.
The company has announced that it will officially open the Playground concept store ‘ Samsung Gangnam’ near Gangnam Station Intersection ( 411 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul ), a hot place in Seoul, at 5:00 pm on the 29th of this month.
‘Samsung Gangnam’ consists of a total of 6 floors from the 1st basement level to the 5th floor, and will be filled with various experiences to communicate and enjoy Samsung Electronics’ latest products.
Additionally, Samsung Electronics has collaborated with Nexon for online promotions. They have introduced ‘Samsung Gangnam – Neon City’ within the virtual space of ‘Maple Story World,’ offering various engaging activities such as high-stair building, photo booths, and virtual fireworks.
To facilitate visits to ‘Samsung Gangnam,’ Samsung Electronics has launched a dedicated reservation site. Interested customers can access the official website of ‘Samsung Gangnam’ through the banner on Samsung.com and make their reservations.
