One UI 6 Beta 6 update crashing Expert RAW app
According to several Galaxy S23 lineup users, after installing the One UI 6 Beta 6 update, the Samsung Expert RAW app created issues. As per screenshots, it is asking for an update when the user tries to open the app. In response to one such thread, Samsung’s Camera Incharge confirmed that the issue is on the Galaxy S23 Series running One UI 6.0 Beta 6. The team is now working to bring a new update for the Expert RAW app which will resolve the issues.
Here’s the official statement;
First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. The issue you asked about not being able to run Expert RAW is an issue that occurs to consumers who have updated the S23 model U OS Beta 6th.
The next Expert RAW update will be released soon (at the time of One UI 6.0 distribution), but in the process of preparing the Expert RAW update, the version temporarily does not match the beta 6th binary, so it cannot run. We are very sorry that this has occurred, and we are currently taking urgent measures to ensure that you receive the latest Expert RAW.
