Samsung is all set to launch the new Galaxy S24 Series smartphones at the Unpacked 2024 event on January 17, 2024.
The launch is just around the corner and the event will be live-streamed on Samsung’s official platforms, including Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and YouTube.
Samsung has explicitly stated that the highlight of this Unpacked event will be the introduction of the new Galaxy S series device, likely the Galaxy S24 lineup, featuring enhanced AI capabilities. While specific details about the specifications remain undisclosed, various speculations and rumours have surfaced as the launch date approaches.
One of the key features expected in the Galaxy S24 series is the integration of AI, with Samsung planning to incorporate its generative AI system called Gauss. Gauss is a versatile AI model with three versions: Samsung Gauss Language for text generation, Samsung Gauss Code for code generation and assistance, and Samsung Gauss Image for image creation and editing. Similar to Google’s ChatGPT and DALL-E, Gauss can respond to text prompts and manipulate images. The Gauss Code variant specifically acts as a coding assistant, aiding in tasks like code description and test case generation.
