Samsung wind-free AC surpassed 10 million units in domestic sales. This is an achievement achieved 8 years after the launch of the Windless Air Conditioner, with an average of more than 3,300 units sold every day.
The Wind-Free AC uses Samsung’s patented Wind-Free cooling technology, which gently distributes air throughout the room without direct wind. This provides a more comfortable environment by eliminating cold drafts and reducing energy consumption. The AC also features a triple inverter, which helps maintain the desired room temperature without fluctuating.
As a result of a survey of 500 consumers who purchased wind-free air conditioners over the past three years, 82% of buyers responded that they considered the wind-free function when deciding to purchase an air conditioner.
A Samsung Electronics official said, “The wind-free air conditioner chosen by 10 million consumers has continued to innovate and set a new standard for air conditioners,” and added, “We will continue to introduce evolved products that combine energy saving and smart technology as well as excellent cooling performance.”
