The Snapdragon variant of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is now getting the April 2024 security patch update in India. The update brings the firmware G990B2XXS6FXD2/G990B2ODM6FXD2/G990B2XXS6FXD2 versions and weighs about 318MB in size. For those unaware, Samsung refreshed the Galaxy S21 FE with the Snapdragon 888 processor on July 2023 after the Exynos 2100-powered variant launched in India in January 2022.

The new update brings the April 2024 security patch that fixes a few dozen security vulnerabilities. In order to install the latest firmware on your device, you can tap on Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.
