According to the latest information, the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra owners in European countries can now download the May 2024 security update with the build number GXDH.
The May update for the Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra can be identified by a build number ending with the characters BXE3.
Install the latest update via tapping on System Settings > Software update > Download and install.
