Galaxy A23 5G getting May 2024 security patch update

Samsung has now started rolling out the May 2024 security patch update to the Galaxy A23 5G. As per the update changelog, the latest update is rolling out with the build number A236BXXS6EXE2.

You can download the latest update by tapping on Settings > Software update menu. The May 2024 security patch includes fixes for 33 security vulnerabilities discovered in all Android devices and 25 vulnerabilities that put only Galaxy devices at risk.
