The Galaxy Buds3 Manager allows you to use features such as device settings and status view when connected to a Galaxy Buds3 device.
This application does not work alone because this is a component of the Galaxy Wearable application.
The Galaxy Wearable application has to be installed first for the Galaxy Buds3 Manager application to operate normally.

The earbuds by Samsung have a wireless design with sleek and stylish look. It has a closed back with an in-ear canal phone design which fits in the ear. The earbuds offer an active noise-cancellation feature with deep bass. Its frequency ranges from 20 Hz- 20 KHz and comes with Bluetooth 5.4 version connection with 10 meters of range.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 offers 30 hours (ANC off) and 24 hours (ANC on) of playback time with 48 mAh battery of each bud and 515 mAh battery of the case. Also, it comes with a USB Type-C charging support. On the other side, it is seen that with Qi wireless charging Samsung has not compromised on the quality side. So, this is a static factor even in the fresh earbuds.
