According to the information, some Galaxy S20 series users accidentally received the Android 12-based One UI 4 update instead of the stable One UI 5.
At the start of November month, the European units of the Galaxy S20 series received the stable One UI 5.0. Now, in some regions, the update seems to be creating issues. Users are confused and while checking the latest software update it shows Android 12 instead of Android 13. But some users are claiming that after installing Android 12 the system gets Android 13 features and all the One UI 5 functions.
So we hope this is a mistake by the South Korean tech giant and it may be a rollout issue. Check the screenshot below.
With the new version, your eligible Galaxy device will receive all the new features Google introduced with Android 13. It also brings a few Samsung-exclusive features, like Bixby Text Call, stackable widget support, a new text recognition feature, One UI Modes, and a Maintenance mode.
